Join a dynamic construction team as an Accounting Manager! We are on the lookout for a sharp-minded individual to fill this pivotal role within a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Analyze financial statements and generate management reports
Oversee various accounting functions such as billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting
Establish and enforce internal controls and accounting procedures
Develop and implement systems for the collection, analysis, verification, and reporting of financial data
Manage Work in Progress (WIP) schedules, accounts payables, and accounts receivables
Utilize forecasting techniques to make informed financial predictions
Coordinate the annual audit process
Undertake additional tasks as delegated by management
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle accounting experience, ideally within the construction industry
Proficiency with Work in Progress (WIP) schedules
Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
