Established restaurant group is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to manage all aspects of the group's growing 40+ restaurant financial operations.Ideal candidate will be detail oriented, dependable and structured.Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry is a must, as is a proven track record in managing multiple entities while overseeing and running individual financials.

Responsibilities
• General accounting, accounts receivable/payable, contract/lease compliance, budgeting, audit support, quarterly analysis/reporting, and monthly reconciliations.• Oversee key high-level financial operations (revenue, expenses, budgeting, forecasting, etc.).• Perform daily routine accounting processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Recording Payroll, Cash Management, and Recording Journal Entries.• Review weekly/monthly/quarterly financial performance reports and provide insight on risks and opportunities.• Continually evaluate and provide insight on food and labor cost for multiple locations.• Ensure accurate and timely processing of cash receipts and credit card batches for multiple locations.• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payments of billed clients (Accounts Receivable).• Develop and maintain budgets, projections & forecasts for upcoming locations and monitor performances weekly, monthly and by period.• Manage office staff and facility regular conversations on process improvements.• Communicate with office staff and leadership on a regular basis.• Work closely with corporate CPA to ensure all tax liability is correct.
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree from accredited 4-year university in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management required.• 3 - 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or related field with proven track record.• Strong technical skills and experience with QuickBooks, Excel, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.• Strong relationship management, verbal and written communication, and strategic thinking & analytical skills required.• Ability to see the big picture, while possessing strong analytical/technical skills.
