As our Accounting Clerk you will perform routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for accounting data including accounts payables, receivables, banking, billing/collections and reporting.

Job Summary: The Accounting Clerk will perform routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for accounting data including accounts payables, receivables, banking, billing/collections, reporting.
Supervisory Responsibilities: · None.
Duties/Responsibilities: · Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including entering invoices into QuickBooks for all locations
· Review statements from vendors to ensure all invoices have been received and entered for payment
· Mange FusionSite AP email and correspond with office personnel on a regular basis
· Enter checks written to both QuickBooks and bank for positive pay
· Review daily positive pay exceptions
· Use professional skepticism in order to safeguard company assets
· Perform banking functions as needed
· Manage FusionSite Banking email
· Reconcile check, credit card, and ACH deposits
· Correspond with office personnel regarding bank deposits on a regular basis
· Code check, ACH, and wire payments in QuickBooks
· Distributes accounting reports as directed.
· Perform ad hoc duties for accounting and other departments as needed
Required Skills/Abilities: Must have QuickBooks experience · Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.
· Basic mathematical skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, organization, and analytical skills.
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Able to work independently, with limited supervision, as well as in a team environment.
· Ability to prioritize work load, while working in a fast paced & challenging environment
Education and Experience: QuickBooks · High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Bookkeeping training preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Able to speak with customers/location teams on the phone.
· Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
