Job Overview The Accounting Associate's role will include AR, company-wide credit card and expense reporting,
general pub accounting, as well as ad-hoc accounting and finance projects. This role will report to the
Director of Finance & Accounting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Daily, weekly and monthly AR entries - Entering all invoices, creating remittances and pulling ACH deposits Expensify reconciliations and corporate credit cards for the company Monthly balance sheet reconciliations of key GL accounts Manage company expense reports Pub Sales and GL Entries Maintain Pub Inventory Spreadsheets and create inventory adjusting entries Minimum Qualifications Experience: Experience working in accounting/bookkeeping.
Required skills: Great organizational skills and attention to detail, proficient with excel & pivot
tables, communication in person and via email/phone. Critical thinking and problem solving mindset.
Ability to collaborate with various teams on projects as well as self-direct on certain tasks.
