TSAChoice, Inc. is hiring for an Accounting AnalystProvides support to Accounts Payable and Cash ReceivablesHybrid remote position after a 90-day training period

Responsibilities
• Reviews invoices and documentation for approval and coding• Processes invoices, credit memos, and manual checks/ACH• Works with vendors to resolve AP issues• Reconciles vendor statements• Responds to vendor inquiries• Maintains 1099 records• Reconciles Month End AP Aging to General Ledger• Maintains accounts receivable through billing and cash receipts• Performs bank reconciliations• Processes adjustments through receivable software• Enters new contracts and renewals, sends contracts for signatures• Makes monthly collection calls• Manages daily contract expirations• Sets up warranties in the accounting system
Requirements
• Two-year degree preferred• At least two years of experience in accounts payable or receivable• Ability to type 60-65 wpm• Proficiency in Excel and Word• Ability to use a 10-key by touch
