12 Month Position Details: The Opportunity:
As the Academic Coordinator/Advisor 2 you are responsible for providing academic advisement and student lifecycle administration for the Engineering and Technology Management (ETM) program, an online Graduate Masters and Certificate program. You will serve as primary contact for inquiries or issues regarding student recruitment, retention, graduation requirements, academic policy and procedures. You will review and analyze applications and evaluate transcripts to assess academic background, math preparation, and applicable work experience, assist the Program Director in administering the graduate program, prepare reports and surveys, and maintain all student program records. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and three (3) years academic advising or related experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional academic advising experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. Positions who will lead or supervisor will require one or more years of full-time experience leading or directing the work of others.

Familiarity with Washington State University academic rules and regulations.

Monthly Salary: $4,061.90-$6,092.84 | In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Successful candidates typically begin up to mid-point of the salary range. For additional information, please review WSU's Administrative Professional Compensation .
