And you'll help others become masters too. Captain of Organization: Keeping our yard in tip-top shape is your mission. Your knack for efficiency will shine as you optimize our material production processes. Customer Champion: A friendly attitude is your secret weapon. You'll assist employees, work to meet their needs, and keep them smiling. Team Leader: You'll supervise our hardworking crew. Your clear direction and strong work ethic will set the standard. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred. General computer skills (specific software training provided). A passion for staying organized and getting things done. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical strength to handle up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks. Experience operating heavy equipment such as front-end loaders, skid loaders, and excavators a plus!
