Responsibilities: Collaborate with appropriate resources to finalize requirements and configure Workday Advance Compensation solutions. Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements. Capability to Identify issues proactively by participating in meetings and working with team members and technical resources to settle resolution as needed. Required Skills: 3-5 years' Workday experience focused on configuration and platform enhancements. Strong expertise with Workday Recruiting, Advanced Compensation and Security Demonstrated knowledge to run an annual compensation cycle from end to end. Strong familiarity with Workday reporting functionality Knowledge of Workday Calculated Fields Experience managing Workday Releases Ability to shift in a fast-paced global environment.
