Full job description Law Mom ® is a dynamic, client-focused law firm seeking to add an Intake Specialist to our dedicated team. We specialize in estate and probate and are committed to delivering high-quality legal services to our clients. **Responsibilities:**
- Manage incoming calls from prospective clients and facilitate 10-15 minute intake calls to assess client needs.
- Schedule consultations for attorneys within the firm.
- Conduct prompt follow-ups with prospective clients who did not schedule a consultation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM software.
- Collaborate closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Ensure compliance with law firm policies and guidelines.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a client-service role, preferably in a legal setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google, and experience with CRM software is a plus (Zoho preferred).

Pre-Interview Assessment Purpose:
This assessment evaluates the candidate's client engagement abilities, sales acumen, and proficiency in outreach to potential referral partners.
General Instructions for Candidates:
Candidates must complete two tasks involving interaction scenarios. Each task requires the candidate to record a video demonstrating their approach to the situation. Videos should be 1-2 minutes long, focusing on communication skills and the ability to address specific objectives. Submit video links via email with your full name and application ID (if applicable) by the specified deadline. 3-Minute Excel Assessment Objective: Test basic Excel skills, including data entry, formula application, and basic data manipulation.
Instructions: Complete the following tasks in Excel. You have 3 minutes to finish this assessment.
Data Entry and Formatting: Create a new Excel workbook. In Sheet1, enter the following data in columns A and B, starting from row 1: Column A: Name, Alex, Brenda, Charlie, Diana Column B: Sales, 200, 150, 300, 250 Format the sales numbers to display as currency. Basic Formula: In Column C, row 2 through 5, calculate the number of attendees who will likely show up for our event for each individual assuming a show up rate of 33%. Use a formula to compute this (Attendance * show up rate). Sum Function: In Column B, below the entered sales data, calculate the total sales using the SUM function. Submission: Save the file as "CandidateName_ExcelTest.xlsx" and submit it for review.
3-Minute Google Calendar Assessment Objective: Test the ability to manage and organize events using Google Calendar.
Instructions: Perform the following tasks in Google Calendar. You have 3 minutes to complete this assessment.
Create an Event: Set up a new event titled "Team Meeting." Schedule it for next Friday from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Set a 10-minute reminder before the event starts. Invite Participants: Add at least two participants to the event using their email addresses (you may use example emails like and ). Adjust Event Settings: Mark the event as "Busy." Enable "Repeat" to make this event occur every Friday at the same time for the next four weeks. Submission: Share the event with a designated email, take a screenshot of the event details and submit it for review.
