  Requirements A heart the size of a lion's
1-2 years of caregiving experience, with an album of heartwarming stories
20 years wise or more
A chariot (a.k.a. reliable vehicle) with paperwork to match
Communication skills that would make Oprah proud
Ability to lift up to 150 pounds with the help of assistive devices
Proof you can work in the U.S., drug-free, and with a clean background
