**Weddings & Events Catering Sales Manager, Planner & Coordinator**

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team of Catering Managers, providing exceptional service for wedding ceremonies, receptions, social gatherings, corporate events, and more.
The ideal candidate will oversee the entire wedding journey for our couples, from the initial site visit to sending them their one-year anniversary card. We seek individuals with vibrant, high-energy personalities and exceptional interpersonal skills. A successful Catering Manager possesses a blend of competitive drive to meet sales targets and genuine empathy to guide couples through the wedding planning process. Building strong relationships with our couples is a key aspect of this role. Our Catering Managers also coordinate the wedding day itself, ensuring a seamless start-to-finish experience.
**Key Qualifications:**
- Passion for weddings, events, and hospitality
- Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, presentation)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve goals
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Skill in relating to diverse team members and clients
- Basic understanding of financial statements and revenue reports
- College degree or current affiliation with an accredited academic institution
- 2 years of experience in Catering/Sales/Hospitality (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

**Benefits:**

**Important Details:**
This role requires regular availability during evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as flexibility for shifts exceeding 8 hours and workweeks exceeding 40 hours.
