Responsibilities for Shopify Website Manager
Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's Shopify ecommerce website. Creating appropriate website pages aligned with the organization's strategy. Introduce new features to the website as needed. Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans. Improving the user experience of the website regularly. Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization's standards. Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics. Ensuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations. Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites. Responding to, troubleshooting, and resolving all website issues. Integrate, manage, and monitor ShipStation software. Identifying and responding to all website security breaches. Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures. Updating HTML and CSS regularly. Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information. Qualifications for the Shopify Website Manager
A degree in web development, computer science, or related qualification. Proven experience working on a high-traffic Shopify website is a must. Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design. Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC). Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills. Excellent content creation and writing skills. This role is expected to work 40 hours per week and is hybrid with 2-3 days required in office in our Orem, Utah location. Only Utah applicants will be considered at this time.
