Responsibilities
• Pull and update orders in Shopify• Manage open orders and ensure timely shipment• Communicate with customers about their orders• Provide first line of support through chat and phone• Prepare local pickup orders• Upsell and cross-sell in certain situations• Recover abandoned carts• Deliver exceptional customer service• Provide white glove services for large order and VIP customers• Improve customer retention and monitor KPIs• Innovate and find new ways of doing things
Requirements
• Experience in marketing, web, business, or information systems• Strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to manage multiple open orders• Familiarity with Shopify• Ability to upsell and cross-sell• Attention to detail and timeliness• Understanding of KPIs and customer retention• Innovative mindset• Ability to work at multiple locations
