Job Description:
Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated Web Chat Specialist to work from home in San Jose, California. As an Associate level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Utilize strong negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively.3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.4. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in products or services.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online chat environment.2. Adaptable and driven personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.3. Strong leadership and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.5. Proficiency in typing and using computer software for online chat platforms.6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home.
