Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Targa Resources is seeking a confident and dedicated Web Chat Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely manner.2. Resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary.3. Proactively engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.4. Maintaining a high level of emotional intelligence to effectively handle challenging situations.5. Planning and organizing chat sessions to efficiently assist multiple customers simultaneously.6. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.7. Documenting customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.

Requirements:1. Confident and dedicated personality traits to effectively communicate with customers.2. Strong emotional intelligence skills to empathize and connect with customers.3. Planning skills to manage multiple chat sessions efficiently.4. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.
