Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:State Street Corp. is seeking a passionate and driven Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services- Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience and increase satisfaction- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Meet and exceed performance goals and productivity metrics set by the company

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Leadership skills to lead by example and guide team members- Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make informed decisions- Passion for customer service and dedication to exceeding customer expectations
