Job Description:
Southern, a leading company in the Indianapolis area, is seeking a skilled and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee all web chat operations, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat platform.3. Train and mentor chat agents to provide exceptional customer service and support.4. Monitor and analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve web chat operations.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role.3. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.4. Excellent time management and organizational skills.5. Hardworking and driven personality traits, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
