Job Description:
Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, this role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in web chat management. The ideal candidate will be driven and passionate, with a creative mindset and strong persuasion skills.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the web chat team to ensure excellent customer service and support- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat platform for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction- Monitor chat interactions and provide feedback and coaching to team members- Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field- 6+ years of experience in web chat management- Proficiency in chat software and customer relationship management systems- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong leadership and team management abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
