Job Description:Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess strong communication skills. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our company's live chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. This role requires a high level of adaptability and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor the live chat platform to provide timely responses to customer inquiries- Train and supervise a team of chat agents to ensure quality customer service and performance goals are met- Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and customer experience- Develop and implement chat scripts and templates to streamline interactions and improve efficiency- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- 6 years of experience in customer service or live chat management- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Ability to think critically and problem-solve in real-time- Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems- Adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
