This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat platforms- Support customers in navigating our website and online services- Resolve customer issues and provide information about products and services- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
