R.R. Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Web Chat Associate to join our team, working remotely from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services- Troubleshoot any issues customers may be experiencing and provide solutions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards

Requirements:- Confident and independent personality traits- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment- Experience with web chat platforms and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
