Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

World Fuel Services is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant in our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location. This is a part-time position suitable for an entry-level candidate with no prior experience.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize emotional intelligence and persuasion skills to build rapport with customers and ensure a positive interaction- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer service across all channels- Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Assist with administrative tasks related to web chat operations as needed

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Motivated and driven to provide exceptional customer service- Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills- Ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently- Excellent written communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and web chat platforms
