Job Description:
Johnson Controls is seeking a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Assistant will play a crucial role in our customer service department by providing support to our online visitors through web chat interactions.
Responsibilities:- Engage with online visitors in real-time through web chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple channels - Utilize project management and planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and resolutions - Strive for excellence in customer service by consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Hardworking attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Adaptability to handle challenging situations and changing priorities - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer skills and web chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required
