Responsibilities
• Teach Aqua-Tots Curriculum to kids age 4 months – 12 years old• Provide instructive feedback to parents and children• Recognize and understand progression and level of swimming ability• Fill out and file Aqua-Cards• Clean and maintain pool areas before and after each shift• Attend staff meetings and regular in-service training
Requirements
• An eagerness to learn• A friendly demeanor• Enjoys/loves children• Willingness to bring the best experience possible to local families
Key Skills Needed
• Sales/Admin/Office experience• Babysitting/nannying experience• Teaching/tutoring experience• Previous lifeguarding/swim experience• Participated in a team sport
