Responsibilities
• Oversees and audits educational and outreach programs• Compiles reports and statistics to meet regulatory requirements• Checks Daily Data Input for correct and up-to-date data entry• Assists with presentations and in-classroom water quality education• Ensures outreach efforts align with educational standards• Manages budget and orders materials for outreach efforts• Coordinates Water Quality Small Grants Program• Leads indoor and outdoor water education programs• Provides water quality information to civic groups• Coordinates with environmental stakeholders• Develops website and social media content• Participates in local water quality education committees• Engages with nonprofits and workgroups related to education• Prepares financial statements and reports• Supervises Curriculum Coordinator(s)
Requirements
• Accredited Bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional experience• 2 years of administrative and/or supervisory work experience• 5 years of experience as an environmental professional or program manager preferred• 3 years of experience in K-12 classroom instruction preferred
