Warehouse Operations Manager Job Responsibilities: Accomplishes warehouse operations by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees. Oversees distribution, warehousing, and shipping. Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures. Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage. Manages warehouse operations by stock control, inventory management, and motivating employees. Maintains a safe environment. Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems. Develops warehouse operations systems by analyzing process workflow and implementing changes. Achieves warehouse operations by contributing recommendations and following policies. Warehouse Operations Manager Qualifications and Skills Excellent data entry and data processing skills Proficient in schedule and report creation Skilled in analyzing information Ability to multitask on a team and alone Ability to manage processes successfully Education and Experience Requirements A minimum of five (5) years of warehouse operations leadership experience managing 50+ employees A bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management
