Responsibilities
• Organize stock and maintain inventory• Process inbound and outbound shipments• Inspect products for defects, damages, and specification accuracy• Report all discrepancies/damage to relevant parties• Follow standard processes and procedures• Assist in organization and implementation of warehouse layout• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures• Perform all duties safely, in accordance with safety standards and OSHA• Other administrative or warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
• Dependable and reliable with a positive and willing attitude• Hard working, self-motivated, and detail-oriented• Able to read and follow instructions; successfully manage workflow to meet shipping deadlines• Proven warehouse experience• Occasional ladder use for pulling/stocking materials as necessary• Frequent lifting and/or move objects 10-50 lbs., occasionally lifting to 70 lbs.• Lifting 70-90 lbs with a partner up to shoulder height• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
