Responsibilities Order Preparation: Responsible for accurately preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring items are properly selected, packed, and staged for shipment. Inventory Control: Perform inventory controls to ensure accurate stock levels, monitor inventory movement, and participate in periodic audits to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with inventory management procedures. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including shelving, labeling, and ensuring proper storage and segregation of goods. Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following operating procedures and performing routine maintenance checks as required. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, proactively identify and address potential hazards, and promote a culture of safety awareness in the warehouse. Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve warehouse goals, assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, and ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations. Documentation: Accurately complete required documentation related to warehouse activities, such as order picking records, inventory counts, equipment maintenance logs, and incident reports. Good Driving Record: The candidate must have a good driving record, indicating responsible and safe driving habits. Communication Skills: The candidate should have above-average communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and potential customers or clients. Technical Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are required for efficient warehouse operations. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records are essential for inventory management and order fulfillment. Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is desired, demonstrating familiarity with warehouse processes, equipment, and inventory management. Hardline Requirement: The candidate must possess a valid driver's license Experience Level: 1-2 years of relevant experience. Must be authorized to work in U.S.A.
