YOUR LIFE AS A WAITER / WAITRESS As a Waiter / Waitress, you play a critical role in the experience each customer has at our restaurant. As guests come in, you warmly greet them, promptly take orders, and tactfully follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Your awareness serves you well as you refill drinks and clear dishes at appropriate times. Our goal is to ensure that our guests have a fun night out.
In addition to serving-related tasks, you perform other responsibilities like cleaning and presetting tables, stocking, and processing transactions. Your problem-solving skills come in handy when you need to rectify guest complaints, and you always promptly notify the management of these situations.
