Position Overview:
As our Vice President of Healthcare Operations, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and enhancing patient care quality. This role positions you as a key representative and advocate of our mission, involving you in marketing initiatives and community engagement to promote our healthcare services. Collaborating closely with the Clinical Director, you'll play a critical role in implementing strategic operational goals, demonstrating your ability to lead and innovate. You will be responsible for developing strategies for acquiring clinics, as well as planning and executing the expansion of new clinics, marking your journey with continuous growth and innovation.
What We're Looking For:
Educational Foundation: An MBA is crucial for this role, providing you with the strategic insight to excel in complex operational environments.
Operational Expertise: At least 4 years of experience in significant operational roles within healthcare settings or in startups focused on growth, demonstrating a deep understanding of operational challenges and solutions.
KPI Management: Proficiency in establishing, communicating, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational transparency and accountability.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, fostering seamless collaboration.
Team Development: A strong passion for building and maintaining high-performance teams, with a focus on recruitment and retention to cultivate a culture of excellence and unity.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of balancing business, operational, and clinical priorities.
