Responsibilities
• Build employee belief and commitment to the company's vision and culture• Lead Talent Management function including recruiting processes, policies, training and development, and performance management• Establish and maintain operational budgets and progress reporting• Implement an employer brand strategy and hiring processes• Develop long-term and short-term strategic plans for talent pipeline• Ensure comprehensive onboarding experience for new hires• Develop leadership programs and analyze data for talent development initiatives• Establish performance review processes and succession planning• Evaluate HRMS, establish payroll plans and build a benefits strategy• Develop recognition programs, measure staff engagement, and support inclusion and diversity growth• Create and execute a culture-building strategy• Lead internal communications strategy
Requirements
• 8+ years of executive experience in human resources• Master's degree or commensurate experience in HR or related fields• Experience leading HR teams• High-growth organization experience• Knowledge/experience with employment laws• Strong leadership and planning skills• Exceptional relationship-building abilities• Forward-thinking mindset• Relevant certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHR, etc.)
