Are you ready to lead a dynamic team into the future of enterprise marketing and business development? We're looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Vice President to spearhead our Enterprise Growth Division's global marketing strategy and drive revenue growth for our cutting-edge solutions.
Role Overview:
As the VP of Enterprise Marketing and Business Development, you'll be at the helm of a cross-functional team, shaping our brand strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and sales enablement efforts. Your mission? To position our enterprise solutions - from low-tier radio solutions to the software-based innovations of tomorrow - as the go-to choice for businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Dive deep into target enterprise verticals, understanding customers, competitors, and market dynamics to inform our strategy.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, managing budgets and resources effectively to meet our goals.
Lead the Enterprise Growth Division's marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints, from branding to sales.
Drive global marketing campaigns and collaborate with regional teams to maximize impact.
Champion innovative go-to-market strategies, from product launches to customer retention plans.
Lead growth marketing efforts, identifying and nurturing leads while maximizing ROI.
Expand our product reach into new markets and customer segments, adapting to evolving needs.
Strengthen our brand through thought leadership and purpose-driven campaigns.
Managerial Accountabilities:
Provide leadership and support to your team, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Manage financial planning and business processes, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Drive change management initiatives, guiding your team through transitions with clarity and confidence.
Recruit and onboard top talent, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and support the professional development of your team members.
Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, both internal and external.
Actively participate in leadership discussions and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
Masters or MBA/Degree in marketing/communications or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in marketing management, business development, and channel programs.
Proven track record of leading global marketing teams and managing P&L responsibilities.
Experience in fast-paced, complex business environments with multiple stakeholders.
Strong project management and team management skills.
Preferred: Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
