Vice President - Driver Development Overview As the VP - Driver Development you will provide high level direction and planning to manage the day-to-day operations of the Driver Development team. Responsibilities include implementing action plans to solve problems, create strategic initiatives, and provide inspired leadership. 
Talent Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, paired with relevant professional experience.  Seven+ years of transportation is preferred Demonstrates strong leadership with previous experience leading a team. Bachelor's Degree in Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related field is  preferred.  Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy and energy.  Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.  Computer proficiency and ability to navigate between multiple programs.  Demonstrates an "All In to Win" attitude and displays self-motivation and a strong desire to learn within an unpredictable and demanding environment.  Benefits:  Competitive pay package  Opportunity to earn bonus incentives!
