In this pivotal position, you will harness data-driven insights to drive strategic growth for our clients. Your primary focus will be on transforming collected data into compelling narratives and solutions that resonate with our clientele.Key Responsibilities of the Role- Develop and execute strategic data-driven services to facilitate client business expansion.- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their analytics requirements and create customized solutions to tackle their challenges.- Enhance our intellectual capital by establishing and refining frameworks and methodologies to address key strategic issues.- Supervise strategic measurement frameworks for multichannel and partner media plans.- Manage and optimize ecommerce and partner data relationships, including measurement structures and reporting across various media channels.- Devise and implement tailored data strategies for clients, including conducting gap analyses and constructing execution roadmaps.- Identify and explore new data opportunities by integrating new sources, technologies, and partnerships.- Promote innovative data usage to resolve distinctive business challenges across all marketing endeavors.- Spot growth prospects within existing client relationships and contribute to new business ventures.- Guide and support your team, fostering their professional growth and development.Qualifications for the Role- A seasoned professional with 10-12 years of experience in analytics or strategy, ideally in advertising, management consulting, or ad tech.- Proven track record of leading teams and managing client relationships.- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in extracting data from platforms like Meta, DV360, DCM, SA360, and others.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and presentations at the executive level.- Familiarity with modern statistical methods and digital data technologies such as DMPs, Google Analytics, and pixel tracking.- Broad comprehension of the media industry, CRM platforms, and a passion for digital advertising trends.- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Readiness to travel as required.Why Should You Join Us?Become part of a team that esteems innovation and is dedicated to making a significant impact in the digital sphere.
