Responsibilities
• Receive and place calls to clients for scheduling• Maintain documentation through client and pet records• Assist clients with instructions, information, and invoices• Utilize hospital computer systems for medical records and communication• Manage financial needs of the hospital• Provide excellent customer service and client education• Maintain a positive attitude and empathy towards clients and pets• Utilize standard office equipment• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Requirements
