YOUR LIFE AS A VET ASSISTANT As a Vet Assistant, you are responsible for helping Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) and Doctors of Veterinary Medicine (DVMs) in performing various treatments for our pet patients. Carefully and promptly, you handle animals, tools, and procedures. This includes helping out with animal restraining, carefully making sure pets are held back while treatments are being performed. You also create treatment plans, manage pets carefully, and assist around the office wherever you are needed. Your assistance and skills help facilitate the best possible environment for animal care! Plus, you enjoy working with our pet patients every day.
