This is a hybrid position. You will mainly work from home in the Denver, CO area and be required to go into the office for occasional events and meetings. 
CommonSpirit Health's Supply and Service Resource Management (SSRM) team is actively seeking a self-starting, driven individual to join the team as a Vendor Management Coordinator. Key responsibilities include taking ownership of planning, preparing, and coordinating vendor management activities on behalf of System Director, Vendor Management. Activities will vary based on department needs, and may include, but are not limited to, providing meeting and event support, preparing presentation content, maintaining vendor profiles, and calendaring of meetings.
Key Responsibilities Works on-site and virtually with internal and external teams to coordinate meetings, including attendee management, event location set-up, IT set-up, and food and beverage planning Requests, collects, and prepares feedback from internal stakeholders to create and maintain presentation content, vendor scorecards, and vendor profiles Coordinates calendaring of meetings with internal stakeholders and vendors Records minutes and action items for both on-site and virtual meetings Collects and summarizes data to identify trends Conducts post-meeting surveys and compiles responses Develops strong collegial relationships with various CommonSpirit resources and vendors Outreaches and coordinates with various CommonSpirit departments to support vendor management activities Aids in the success of vendor management program via collection of feedback and implementation of continuous improvement measures Coordinates program communications Minimum three (3) + years corporate project coordinator experience or within related creative industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or other related field preferred; a combination of education and/or additional job related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills Ability to manage several projects simultaneously within established timelines Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Demonstrated process and project management Innovative, driven, self-starter with the ability to quickly capture trends and additional needs to continuously improve the program Experience with and literate in Microsoft Office applications and Google tools and user knowledge of each to achieve Supply Chain goals
