Assist with the cleaning and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal in accordance with safety and hygiene standards. Support the cafe team by restocking supplies and ensuring a well-organized work environment. Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure efficient and timely service to customers. Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
