**Position Title:** US Account Manager

**Role Outline:**
As a US Account Manager, you will collaborate with world-class airlines, overseeing account strategy, relationships, and revenue generation. Your responsibilities include building professional relationships, representing clients' business priorities, and ensuring customer success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with global airlines in the Americas region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage business development and financial performance for clients.
- Set strategic priorities and goals for client accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor and understand clients' business strategies.
- Personally manage a portfolio of clients in the Americas.
- Focus on lead generation and identifying new business opportunities.
- Own the contract renewal process and negotiate contracts.
- Drive new business growth through customer advocacy.
- Monitor client revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain senior-level relationships across client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve customer goals.
- Travel globally to maintain customer relationships.
- Capture, review, and improve client interactions through KPIs and account reviews.
- Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues or feedback.
**Experience and Personal Attributes:**
- 2 years of experience in complex, B2B SaaS account management.
- Previous experience in the aviation industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of account management principles.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, driven, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary.
- Empathy for customer challenges and a passion for travel and technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate technological solutions.
- Diploma/degree level education.
