Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities: Oversee, train, and develop all management and staff. Continually evaluate processes and staff to improve the performance of the restaurant as a whole. Strong financial acumen with controlling costs and generating revenue. Ensures a high level of guest satisfaction and cultivate return business. Leadership mentality with the ability to motivate and build a strong team. In charge of all hiring and training which includes setting up interviews for management and creating training documents as needed Use provided tools to analyze business patterns, labor trends, and sales history to make smart and effective business decisions. Restaurant General Manager Qualifications: A college degree or equivalent experience is required. Strong communication, supervisory skills, organizational skills, and computer literacy required. Must have 5 years of food and beverage experience with 2 years preferred in a fine dining atmosphere.
