Set up contractors in ATOM software for turnarounds daily cost tracking Track daily labor, materials, and equipment cost in ATOM Generate purchase requisition and manage purchase orders from open to close Reconcile and approve vendor invoices Liaise between company maintenance team, supply chain management, and contracts group, as necessary Involved with the implementation of new cost related software specific to TAR cost control processes Train others on daily responsibilities Support the TAR planning and execution teams' project specific duties such as budgeting and quote analysis assistance Other responsibilities as needed.
