A Turf Route Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance and management of turf surfaces for client's personal and commercial properties. This position requires a blend of managerial skills, turfgrass expertise, and a passion for maintaining high-quality green spaces. The Turf Route Manager ensures that turf surfaces are healthy, aesthetically pleasing, and functional for their intended use.

Working outside Problem Solving Routinely work 45 hours a week. Work times may vary due to weather condition and time changes throughout the year. We are currently seeking a hardworking, responsible individual to join our experienced turf team to service an established client base. This position is also responsible for obtaining new turf customers and helping sell Landscape Consultants other services to existing customers. This is a physically demanding outdoor job that will give you the opportunity to be outside and work with a great group of people.

We are looking for a candidate that has turf experience and a desire to work hard and help grow a successful company. Candidates will be detail oriented and focused on customer service, have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities:
Manage a route consisting of up to 200 customers (and growing). Deliver excellent account management and customer service. Assist with turf bid requests, fertilization application, aerating, seeding and service calls. Diagnosing and providing customized lawn solutions for client properties Collaborate and demonstrate knowledge of turfgrass practices. Qualifications:
Prefer 2+ years experience in the green or agriculture industry Background in agronomy, turfgrass or ag sciences helpful Valid Driver's license Obtain a DOT certification Obtain and maintain a state-issued pesticide applicator license for turfgrass within 90 days A Turf Route Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the health, functionality, and beauty of turf surfaces, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of users while promoting long-term sustainability.
