Trust & Estates Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting a Trust & Estates Paralegal for a large, regional law firm client in Charlotte, NC. This group is looking for someone who is excited to work with and grow in a busy and productive team. Responsibilities
Provide general paralegal support in estate planning and administration practice, supporting high net worth clients, entrepreneurs, and business owners
Entity formation and documentation
Drafting of wills and trusts
Basic bookkeeping services
Estate and trust administration
Preparing estate and gift tax returns
Qualifications
Minimum two years of paralegal experience, supporting an estate planning practice
Bachelor u2019s degree, plus paralegal certificate preferred
Accounting or mathematics related education a plus
Experience with gift tax preparation preferred
Bookkeeping and accounting experience
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
