Job summary
The Truck Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling truck deliveries of light oil and related products.They work closely with internal teams to optimize supply chains and provide reliable service.This role reports to the Truck Logistics Manager and is part of a commercial team.

Responsibilities
• Primary interface with carriers, internal customers, and 3PL for logistics coordination and delivery of product via secondary transportation.• Order and schedule all light oil and related product deliveries to retail and commercial customers.• Maintain and update scheduling systems to reflect current operations.• Support safe, reliable, and efficient product delivery.• Assist in coordinating carrier activities to resolve product quality events.• Manage carrier delivery performance to meet or exceed KPI metrics.• Foster third-party relationships and actively manage underperforming carriers.• Communicate supply availability and present alternate supply options to stakeholders.• Identify and deliver cost efficiency ideas or opportunities.• Contribute to carrier performance reporting and participate in carrier reviews.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams.• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.• At least 2 years of experience in supply, logistics, or procurement fields.• Ability to respond outside of normal working hours as needed.• Prior experience in logistics and working with 3rd party suppliers is desirable.
