Purpose and Scope:

As a Truck Final Assembly Supervisor at Sage Oil Vac, Inc., you will lead and oversee the final assembly stages of our cutting-edge fluid exchange systems. Your role is instrumental in ensuring that the assembly process is carried out to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. You will manage a team of assemblers, facilitate collaboration, and contribute to the success of our innovative products.
Qualifications:
Education:

High school diploma or Bachelor's degree or relevant certification are a plus.
Experience:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in final assembly or manufacturing.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in assembly
Knowledge of quality control and assurance
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal
Commitment to safety and the ability to maintain a safe work
