Position: Trial Lawyer
I am partnered with a distinguished National law firm in Las Vegas, that is seeking a Trial Lawyer . This firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services, specializing in the development and trial of catastrophic and complex personal injury, product liability, commercial, and construction cases. This presents an incredible opportunity for trial lawyers who are eager to apply their expertise in litigation to a wide docket of cases. Responsibilities of the Trial Lawyer:
Manage a caseload of litigation matters. Conduct thorough legal research and provide analysis and recommendations to clients. Prepare a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and more. Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and actively participate in trial and mediation proceedings. Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to build robust cases. Trial Lawyer Skills:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Why Work Here?
Compensation starting from DOE $130,000-$150,000 (higher salary considered for more senior experienced levels).
