The TRC Specialist Supervisor will lead and guide TRC Specialists while ensuring we perform to the expectation and need of the department. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to: Manage all TRC Specialists in day-to-day operations. Monitor performance. Provide constructive feedback and training/re-training opportunities as needed. Empower staff to make educated decisions by providing resources to refer to along with positive reinforcement of quality performance. Become familiar with our contracting process and the items it consists of (Insurance Certificates, Travel Booking. Be available after hours if Coordinators on call need assistance. Approve/Deny PTO requests as needed. Be first escalation if Coordinator/Specialist is unable to make specific decisions due to budget constraints, schedule updates, etc. Review contracts from freelance and labor companies. Create, maintain, update, enforce Standards and Processes pertaining to Specialists. Maintain relationships with internal (AEs, Brainhub, FT techs) and external (Freelancers, labor companies, payroll agents, travel companies ((Navan/National))) clients. Determine means of resolving conflicts to satisfy the business and client requirements. Give weekly reports to leadership of status of the department as it pertains to specialists as needed Find new and creative ways to increase department efficiencies. Base Salary Range: $49,708/yr - $73,663/yr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
