PDS Optical is currently seeking a Travel Optician to join our team, based out of Evansville, VA. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, experienced, and dependable individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with regular hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and no work on holidays. The role will also involve travel to various locations as required.
Responsibilities: Work closely with Veterans in a friendly, professional, and expedient manner.Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.Adhere to security clearance requirements by passing a background check.Travel to different locations as needed.Qualifications: Must be an ABO Certified Optician in 2 years or less.Experience in a similar role is highly preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Dependable and self-motivated.Willingness to travel to various locations.Benefits: Competitive pay ranging from $18 to $25 per hour.Generous benefits package.Paid Federal Holidays.Commissions and bonuses, no cap on your earning potential.Insurance coverage.Come work for a great company and feel good about giving back to the Men and Women who served our country. #JT
