We're looking for a driven transaction coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You'd be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. If you love working with people and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, apply today!Responsibilities:Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetingsSupervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to closeEnsure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairsEnter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activityLook over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficientlyManage, organize, and respond to CEO emails, when appropriate, and delegate tasks to the team from these communications.Communicate and coordinate with the company bookkeeper to ensure all invoices and bills are processed and paid timely.Qualifications:Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferredHigh school or equivalent required, some college experience preferredReal estate license preferredMotivated to serve people and provide excellent customer serviceCandidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearlyCRM experience, Salesforce preferred.Understanding of accounting/bookkeeping best practices preferred.About Company:Quick Fix Real Estate is a professional real estate investment company operating in VA and NC with the central hub located in Roanoke, VA.
