About Us:

Position Overview:
You'll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for both our internal teams and Channel Partners. From product knowledge to sales strategies and leadership development, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This is a highly visible position offering exposure to our entire business and Channel Partner network.
Location: Remote (United States)
Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly webinars and in-person training sessions, with approximately 30-60% of your time dedicated to coaching teams in the field.
Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to identify learning and development needs and ensure alignment with overall L&D initiatives.
Design and implement eLearning and training content for knowledge transfer and ongoing development.
Analyze data to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
Drive adoption and utilization of training programs and initiatives.
Set performance goals, measure results, and report metrics using various platforms.
Create training objectives and metrics to assess effectiveness.
Manage deadlines and complete multiple projects efficiently.
Showcase our sales process and transfer knowledge effectively to diverse audiences.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Training, Organizational Development, or similar field preferred.
4 years of experience in sales, learning and development, or sales training.
Proven ability to facilitate virtual and live instructor-led training sessions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish (conversational, business, written) preferred.
Quota-carrying sales experience is a plus.
Experience with Direct/Channel training and L&D initiatives.

Strategic thinking with a focus on tactical execution.
Detail-oriented and resourceful.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to define and scope new initiatives with minimal guidance.
Dynamic presentation and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
Remote-office environment with occasional travel (25-30%) as needed.
Open-office environment at HQ if applicable.
Ability to operate office equipment and interact with co-workers remotely.
Physical Demands:
Ability to perform normal office duties and remote work.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely, according to local laws.
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
